Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Solutions Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult on platform capabilities and integrations to support Customer Success teams
- Onboard suppliers to drive growth of Digital Ordering across the marketplace
- Implement workflows and develop strategies for the application of platform features within customer workflows
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or project-based work in healthcare
- Experience with SAAS product setup, configuration, or technical integration in healthcare
- Experience in complex project management and guiding stakeholders through transformation
- Broad knowledge of the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) landscape
- Exposure to AI solutions or digital workflow automation is a plus
