Job Summary

To support the growth of healthcare application-layer companies, the full-time Healthcare Solutions Lead will manage discovery, design solution paths, and oversee the delivery of tailored offerings in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Account Manager to lead customer discovery and identify value creation opportunities
• Design structured solution paths translating customer needs into scalable offerings
• Manage end-to-end execution across multiple projects, ensuring clear communication and organization

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing solutions or delivery role with ownership of complex engagements
• Deep familiarity with healthcare data modalities, including EHR, claims, and unstructured text
• Strong analytical and program management skills to assess feasibility and support solution design
• Experience in healthcare AI, ML products, or enterprise data platforms
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building new processes in ambiguous environments
