Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Enterprise Solutions Liaison to bridge technology and healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical and software expert during sales and implementation discussions
• Partner with the sales team to understand client challenges and provide tailored software solutions
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in coding, billing, or healthcare technology
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, payer requirements, and coding software
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and coding platforms is a plus
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
