Healthcare Specialist - Arizona Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Specialist to manage Social Security applications and provide support to claimants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain communication with claimants regarding applications and eligibility
• Manage inbound and outbound calls while handling multiple tasks
• Gather and submit eligibility data, medical records, and necessary documentation to agencies

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of customer service experience
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (speak, read, write)
• Experience in call centers or working with government agencies is a plus
• Knowledge of Social Services, case management, and Medicaid/Medicare is preferred
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
