Healthcare Staff Consultant
Job Summary
To support the growth of a dynamic healthcare consulting team, the remote Staff Consultant II will assess client organizations, lead project teams, and manage client relationships while delivering strategic insights and project deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Assess client organizations and facilitate contract renewals, expansions, and new business opportunities
- Lead project teams, providing feedback on work products and ensuring client needs are met
- Manage client relationships, including communications, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of consulting or healthcare operations experience, preferably within a Managed Care Organization (MCO)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of business processes and operations within the healthcare industry
- Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
- Experience in creating professional executive-level products using Microsoft tools
