Healthcare Staffing Coordinator

Job Summary

Working remotely on weekends from 12am to 8am PST, the Delivery Partner will manage real-time hospital scheduling and staffing needs, serve as the primary contact for MSP healthcare escalations, and coordinate coverage with internal and external staffing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage real-time hospital scheduling and staffing needs during after-hours operations
• Serve as the primary contact for MSP healthcare escalations, including urgent staffing shortages and vendor-related issues
• Document all scheduling activities, escalations, and resolutions accurately in system platforms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Strong technical skills with the ability to navigate multiple technology platforms simultaneously
• Excellent verbal communication skills for managing difficult conversations and conflict resolution
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• 2-4+ years of experience in healthcare scheduling, MSP programs, or staffing coordination
