Healthcare Staffing Coordinator

Job Summary

Working remotely on weekends from 8am to 4pm PST, the Delivery Partner will manage real-time hospital staffing needs, serve as the primary contact for MSP healthcare escalations, and coordinate with internal and external staffing resources to ensure efficient operations during after-hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hospital scheduling and staffing needs during after-hours operations
• Serve as the primary contact for MSP healthcare escalations, addressing urgent staffing shortages and vendor-related issues
• Document scheduling activities and escalate critical issues to hospital leadership as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Strong technical skills with the ability to navigate multiple technology platforms
• Experience in healthcare scheduling, MSP programs, or staffing coordination
• Excellent verbal communication skills, including conflict resolution and de-escalation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
