Job Summary
Leading the development and execution of innovative pharmacy strategies, the full-time Principal Strategic Advisor will work remotely to enhance affordability, generate new revenue opportunities, and drive operational efficiency within the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively identify and execute innovative pharmacy strategies and programs to improve affordability and support enterprise growth objectives
- Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for new pharmacy solutions and market opportunities
- Lead efforts to optimize existing pharmacy programs, enhancing clinical outcomes and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Finance, Economics, or related fields, or 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare or pharmacy strategy
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, consulting, strategy, or business development (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and implementing cost-of-care savings initiatives
- Experience in developing new healthcare or pharmacy products, programs, or services
- Strong financial modeling and executive presentation skills
