Healthcare Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

Managing a national healthcare client portfolio, the full-time remote Healthcare Strategic Sourcing Manager will oversee the Sourcing and Procurement team, execute initiatives, and maintain supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with contracting and procurement standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with client stakeholders and account leadership through regular meetings to support strategic planning
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management programs to optimize spend and mitigate risk
• Recruit, develop, and lead the sourcing team, ensuring high performance and compliance with organizational standards

Required qualifications

• Degree in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management or related field, with 3+ years of strategic sourcing experience; MBA preferred
• Professional certification in sourcing (e.g., ISM, LEED) is preferred
• Experience in IFM/Facilities sourcing, particularly in healthcare
• Proven ability to implement multiple procurement strategies and manage change effectively
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS applications
