Job Summary

Owning the delivery of provider-focused engagements, the full-time Healthcare Strategy Consultant will manage client relationships, analyze healthcare policies, and produce strategic recommendations while working remotely or in Washington, DC.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client engagements, managing scopes, timelines, and deliverables
• Analyze healthcare legislation and payment policies to provide actionable insights for clients
• Contribute to business development efforts and mentor junior team members

Required qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in management or strategy consulting within healthcare
• Expertise in Medicare, value-based care, or provider strategy/operations
• Strong skills in market research, financial modeling, and strategic growth planning
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis, including working with large datasets
• Bachelor's degree required
