Job Summary

Directing a high-impact portfolio of operational transformation projects, the contract Healthcare Strategy Consultant will optimize care delivery, clinical workflows, and regional scheduling systems remotely, requiring 8+ years of healthcare consulting experience or 3+ years with an advanced degree.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level care delivery transformations by driving strategic clinical transformation and operational redesign across multiple geographic markets
• Direct complex, multi-site project portfolios, managing end-to-end project plans and delivering executive-level status updates
• Bridge clinical operations and technology by collaborating with clinical SMEs and IT teams to develop scalable operational and technical solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
• Proven experience in healthcare consulting, particularly with integrated delivery systems or multi-site hospital networks
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale organizational transformations and managing cross-functional workstreams
• Exceptional executive presence with effective communication skills tailored to various stakeholders
