Healthcare Strategy Director

Job Summary

As the Director of Healthcare Strategy & Operations, this full-time hybrid position will manage and scale surgical services programs, collaborate cross-functionally to enhance student outcomes, and oversee a team of Program Directors and instructors.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program delivery of surgical services programs and explore expansion opportunities
• Develop and execute innovative initiatives to accelerate enrollment, retention, and program scalability
• Collaborate with Curriculum, Product, Policy, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure compliance and enhance the student experience

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in an operational role at a high-growth startup
• Passion for helping students access education and improve their lives
• Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Proven ability to lead through influence and coordinate diverse stakeholders
• Experience in healthcare or EdTech is a plus
