Job Summary
Driving the strategy and program design for provider engagement, the remote Director of Provider Experience will enhance overall provider experience through leadership in cross-functional initiatives and strategic execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead provider engagement and strategy initiatives to uncover new opportunities and enhance program value
- Work cross-functionally to implement new ideas and ensure accountability through indirect management
- Report on business health metrics to Senior Leadership and support the professional development of direct reports
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations or a related field
- 6+ years of leadership experience
- 3+ years of experience in leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives
