Healthcare Strategy Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare consulting practice, the full-time Healthcare Strategy Manager will manage client engagements, analyze healthcare policies and payment models, and contribute to business development efforts, all while working remotely or from Washington, DC.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery across multiple provider engagements, managing scopes, timelines, and client communications
• Analyze legislation and payment policies to assess their strategic and operational implications for provider clients
• Contribute to proposals and thought leadership initiatives to support business development and practice growth

Required qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in management consulting or healthcare provider organizations
• Expertise in healthcare systems, particularly in areas such as Medicare, value-based care, and provider strategy
• Strong skills in market research, financial modeling, and strategic growth planning
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data
• Bachelor's degree required
