Healthcare Strategy VP

Job Summary

Driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Healthcare Strategy VP will lead strategic program management, serve as a senior thought partner to executive leadership, and develop executive-ready deliverables for C-suite and board-level audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, including strategic scoping, workplan development, and executive reporting
• Serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Transformation Officer, addressing complex business challenges across operations and organizational design
• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and steering committees to drive alignment and accelerate decision-making

Required qualifications

• Master's degree (MBA, MPH, MHA, or equivalent) preferred
• Management consulting experience at a recognized strategy or healthcare consulting firm
• Healthcare provider-side experience, particularly in health systems or physician enterprises
• Proven track record leading complex, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives in healthcare
• Experience developing and presenting strategic recommendations to C-suite and board-level audiences
