Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time contract Healthcare Subrogation Litigation Attorney will manage the drafting of legal documents, assess claims, and coordinate with outside counsel while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft complaints, motions, and responses while coordinating with opposing and outside counsel
• Assess, vet, and work up healthcare subrogation claims
• Provide legal support during a period of rapid growth for the company

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare subrogation litigation experience
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence
• Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding professional references
