Healthcare Supervisor

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency in a fully remote setting, the Supervisor, Adherence Success will manage a team of 2 to 8 staff members, overseeing the intake, processing, and review of medical records while ensuring adherence to departmental metrics and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees daily team activities and ensures compliance with departmental procedures and quality standards
• Trains and evaluates staff performance, setting goals aligned with organizational objectives
• Analyzes operational metrics to identify trends and implement process improvements

Required qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred
• Two years of relevant experience in healthcare administration, billing, or customer service
• Experience managing tasks in a Medicare certified HME or healthcare environment
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple projects
