Healthcare Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support the administration and maintenance of Workday and UKG Pro Workforce Management, the full-time salaried Healthcare Systems Analyst will manage day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements while working remotely for candidates residing in Washington State.

Key responsibilities

• Support Business Process configuration, including workflow updates and data integrity validation in Workday
• Assist in timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll functions within UKG Pro WFM, ensuring accurate data flow
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and support system testing and integration monitoring across both platforms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• At least 2 years of clinical, business, or technology experience required
• 1 year of experience supporting IS Applications and managing technical projects required
• 1 year of previous work experience in an acute care hospital strongly preferred
• Specific experience with hospital administrative, clinical, and financial systems is strongly preferred
