Healthcare Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support CMS interoperability programs, the full-time Healthcare Systems Analyst will gather and translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions while collaborating with Agile development teams using C#, Azure, and REST APIs.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate business/regulatory requirements into technical solutions
• Assess current-state applications and data flows for compliance gaps and recommend remediation strategies
• Design and document APIs, integrations, and data mappings (FHIR)

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in healthcare interoperability or payer systems
• Experience with HL7 FHIR (R4) and healthcare interoperability
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, and REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, APIM)
• Healthcare payer domain knowledge (claims, prior authorization)
