Job Summary
A company is looking for a Systems Architect - Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of customer-facing healthcare applications focusing on scalability, security, and maintainability
- Define and implement cloud architecture and CI/CD pipeline practices for deployment and infrastructure management
- Architect asynchronous systems and design APIs for secure integration and communication across platforms
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 4+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles
- Experience designing and scaling customer-facing platforms in regulated environments, preferably healthcare
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of microservices, API design, and messaging systems
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL database design and understanding of system-level non-functional requirements
