Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within healthcare or clinical settings
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team of recruiters
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics management
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience may substitute for formal education
• Preferred: 10+ years of full-cycle healthcare recruitment and specialized recruiting certifications
