Job Summary
To support healthcare recruitment efforts, the full-time temporary Healthcare Talent Acquisition Partner will identify and attract qualified candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, and facilitate the interview and hiring process in a remote setting from August 2026 to December 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to source qualified healthcare candidates through various channels
- Evaluate candidate qualifications by creating screening questions and conducting interviews to match candidates with job requirements
- Ensure completion of pre-employment processes and maintain compliance with hiring regulations and company policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of three years' experience in healthcare recruiting or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven track record of successfully filling healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry roles, regulations, and necessary qualifications for candidates
- PHR or Healthcare Recruiter certification is a plus
