Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare technology organization, the full-time Talent Acquisition and Talent Integration Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both clinical and non-clinical roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and effective onboarding while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for a variety of clinical and non-clinical positions, from talent sourcing to onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define candidate profiles and execute targeted recruiting strategies
• Utilize data-informed sourcing methods and maintain compliance with healthcare credentialing and employment regulations

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in clinical roles within healthcare technology or services
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of healthcare labor markets and credentialing expectations
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment with a focus on empathy-driven engagement
