• Build and maintain talent pipelines across diverse job types and skill levels

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years of sourcing or recruiting experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience with multiple sourcing platforms, such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Avature
