Job Summary

To support enterprise-wide hiring initiatives, the full-time Healthcare Talent Sourcer will identify and engage talent for behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment operations, focusing on building national pipelines and enhancing candidate quality through strategic sourcing and market intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement national sourcing strategies for high-priority roles, utilizing advanced search techniques
• Identify and engage both passive and active candidates, creating targeted outreach campaigns across various platforms
• Analyze labor market conditions and support leadership with growth projections and hiring forecasts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 3+ years of talent sourcing experience, preferably in healthcare recruiting
• Experience with multi-state recruiting and strong Boolean sourcing skills
• Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems and experience in passive candidate sourcing
• Access to reliable internet and telephone services suitable for remote work
