Healthcare Talent Sourcer

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare recruitment team, the full-time remote Healthcare Talent Sourcer will source and recruit candidates for various clinical positions across the United States, managing candidate flow and utilizing multiple sourcing tools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage candidate flow by reviewing resumes, qualifying candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting pre-screening interviews
• Develop sourcing strategies in partnership with Talent Acquisition Advisors and create sourcing plans
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years of sourcing or recruiting experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience with sourcing platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Avature
