Healthcare Talent Sourcer

Job Summary

To support recruitment efforts for healthcare positions at Health and Wellness clinics nationwide, the full-time remote Healthcare Talent Sourcer will manage candidate flow, develop sourcing strategies, and maintain documentation in the Applicant Tracking System.

Key responsibilities

• Manage candidate flow throughout the recruitment process, including resume reviews, interview scheduling, and onboarding assistance
• Utilize a variety of sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage potential candidates
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through proactive market research and relationship management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience in the healthcare industry
• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and various sourcing technologies
• Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, including Jobvite, iCIMS, and Taleo
• Proficient in conducting data analysis and metric reporting
