Healthcare Talent Sourcing Partner

Job Summary

To support healthcare recruitment efforts, the part-time contract Healthcare Talent Sourcing Partner will manage direct sourcing initiatives, engage with client hiring managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the fulfillment of contingent worker requisitions and validate new openings while guiding candidates through the hiring process
• Develop strategies to attract candidates, maintain an updated talent pool, and ensure effective communication between hiring managers and candidates
• Provide ongoing consultation to client managers, manage complex issues, and participate in governance reporting and business reviews

Required qualifications

• College degree, AA, or equivalent experience
• Three years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, with a focus on healthcare recruiting
• Experience working with Vivian and VMS tools
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
