Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead - Healthcare - Physician Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned projects and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Assist and mentor team members, providing support for problem-solving and quality assurance
• Monitor project trends, update relevant documentation, and communicate with leadership and clients

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of diploma/GED
• 8+ years of relevant experience in office, business, operations, customer service, or healthcare settings
• Working knowledge of insurance claims, billing, coding, and customer service-related responsibilities
• Strong background in physician claims A/R
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to foster team cohesion and accountability
