Healthcare Team Lead

Job Summary

Overseeing daily operations of assigned projects, the full-time salaried Healthcare Team Lead will manage physician claims A/R follow-up, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with client and company standards while working remotely or onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and managing operational goals for clients and the company
• Provide quality assurance reviews, feedback, and training to team members
• Monitor compliance with company and client standards while addressing day-to-day problem-solving needs

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of diploma/GED
• 8+ years of relevant experience in an office, business, operations, customer service, or healthcare setting
• Working knowledge of insurance claims, billing, coding, finance, or customer service-related responsibilities
• Strong background in physician claims A/R processes
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and experience in mentoring team members
