Healthcare Technical Specialist

Job Summary

Collaborating with various internal teams, the full-time Healthcare Technical Specialist will generate and manage business rules for RCA's platform applications, ensuring accurate deployment and comprehensive documentation while serving as a key liaison between operations and the BRMS Center of Excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and clarify business rules from internal teams for integration into the Business Rules Management System (BRMS)
• Design and develop rule logic, conduct testing, and implement rules in production environments
• Maintain documentation and produce impact reports while facilitating communication with stakeholders post-deployment

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 3-4 years of experience in the healthcare industry or with Cotiviti
• Basic coding skills, including knowledge of SQL or Java
• Familiarity with tools such as Access, HUE, Datameer, Power BI, or SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
• Experience analyzing large datasets and understanding complex business rules
