Job Summary
A company is looking for a Healthcare Technical Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality support to users by responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to telecommunications networks, computer hardware, and core business applications
- Isolate problem sources and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
- Develop and maintain documentation of all activities and follow up with users to ensure problem resolution
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to one year of experience in telecommunications or applications programming
- Proficient computer navigation skills with various software packages
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
