Job Summary
A company is looking for a Healthcare Technical Support professional to provide high-level customer service and resolve inquiries related to healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email and resolve issues related to fraud support and internet operations
- Research and resolve problems while obtaining thorough knowledge of products, services, and applicable regulations
- Act as a liaison between customers and various departments to address complex customer or technology issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least three years of Contact Center customer service experience
- Successful completion of training for entry-level roles
- Ability to work overnight and set schedules post-training
- Experience in a remote work environment is preferred
