Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Technical Support professional to provide high-level customer service and resolve inquiries related to healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email and resolve issues related to fraud support and internet operations
  • Research and resolve problems while obtaining thorough knowledge of products, services, and applicable regulations
  • Act as a liaison between customers and various departments to address complex customer or technology issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least three years of Contact Center customer service experience
  • Successful completion of training for entry-level roles
  • Ability to work overnight and set schedules post-training
  • Experience in a remote work environment is preferred
