Job Summary
Providing high-level customer service, the full-time Healthcare Technical Support specialist will respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to fraud support and internet operations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Research and resolve complex customer or technology issues, acting as a liaison between customers and various departments
- Obtain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and applicable regulations to assist customers effectively
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least three years of experience in a Contact Center customer service role
- Completion of training for entry-level roles in customer service
- Technical troubleshooting experience, particularly with Merchant Terminal Credit Card Machines, is preferred
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications effectively
