Job Summary

Providing high-level customer service, the full-time Healthcare Technical Support specialist will respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to fraud support and internet operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Research and resolve complex customer or technology issues, acting as a liaison between customers and various departments
  • Obtain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and applicable regulations to assist customers effectively
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least three years of experience in a Contact Center customer service role
  • Completion of training for entry-level roles in customer service
  • Technical troubleshooting experience, particularly with Merchant Terminal Credit Card Machines, is preferred
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications effectively
