Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Technical Support Service Desk Associate- REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to incoming contacts regarding workflow issues, application errors, and access problems
  • Provide high-quality customer service while adhering to scripts and corporate policies
  • Identify areas for improvement and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
Required Qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer problem analysis and resolution
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Experience working in a call center environment is preferred
  • Availability on Microsoft Teams and consistent review of emails and learning materials
