Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Technical Support Service Desk Associate- REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and support to healthcare customers via phone, email, chat, and self-service
  • Respond promptly to incoming contacts and resolve over 90% of issues at first contact
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and identify areas for process improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer problem analysis and resolution
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Daily availability on Microsoft Teams and consistent review of emails
  • Experience in a call center environment is preferred
