Job Summary

To support a growing technical support team, the full-time Healthcare Technical Support Specialist will manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, build relationships with clients, and provide accurate information about meditation courses and app functionalities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Effectively manage incoming emails, social media inquiries, and inbound calls
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust and provide accurate information about products and services
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate bugs while ensuring resolution within Service Level Agreement requirements
Required qualifications
  • Experience in technical support or customer service roles
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to write clear and concise correspondence
  • Interest in mindfulness, meditation, or related fields is a plus
  • Willingness to adapt to shifting schedules as needed
