Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Technical Writer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write, edit, and maintain user guides, SOPs, job aids, and other operational documentation
  • Translate complex workflows and systems into clear, step-by-step instructions
  • Collaborate with SMEs and Business Analysts to gather and validate requirements
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical writer or in a communications-focused role
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Business, or a technical discipline
  • In lieu of a degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required
  • Knowledge of call center operations, claims processing, enrollment, or billing workflows is preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems and regulatory environments, including ACA, is preferred
