Job Summary

To drive measurable business and clinical outcomes, the full-time Healthcare Technology Advisor will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, guiding technology initiatives across AWS, Amazon Connect, and Epic while ensuring delivery from design through operational adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives on healthcare technology strategy and investment prioritization
• Lead the creation of actionable technology roadmaps with defined outcomes and KPIs
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality across complex healthcare environments

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare consulting experience with a focus on technology solutions for provider organizations
• Proven executive presence and experience engaging with senior clinical and operational leaders
• Strong background in AWS cloud strategy and architecture in regulated healthcare settings
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect or contact center transformation initiatives
• Deep familiarity with Epic ecosystems and data integration patterns
