Job Summary
Leading the technical deployment and integration of healthcare software solutions, the full-time remote Healthcare Technology Implementation Manager will manage implementation plans, troubleshoot integrations, and ensure successful adoption while collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation, configuration, deployment, testing, and post-go-live support for healthcare software solutions
- Design and troubleshoot integrations with healthcare systems, EHR platforms, and various APIs
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customer IT and clinical stakeholders throughout the implementation process
Required qualifications
- Experience in healthcare software implementation or technical project delivery
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 v2 and FHIR
- Experience working with customer IT and application teams in healthcare environments
- Knowledge of major EHR ecosystems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
- Understanding of healthcare privacy, security, and compliance requirements
