Healthcare Technology Vendor Manager

Job Summary

To support a complex healthcare technology ecosystem, the full-time Healthcare Technology Vendor Manager will serve as a strategic liaison between healthcare operations, technology teams, and external partners, focusing on vendor performance, regulatory readiness, and alignment of technology initiatives while working remotely within PST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain multi-year technology roadmaps that align healthcare services priorities with enterprise technology strategies
• Lead oversight of vendor relationships, including performance management, issue resolution, and collaboration to achieve operational objectives
• Monitor vendor deliverables and compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Seven or more years of experience in healthcare operations, vendor management, or related disciplines
• Demonstrated success managing complex third-party vendor relationships and performance oversight
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and accreditation requirements, including CMS standards and PHI/PII protections
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
