Healthcare Trainer

Job Summary

To support the development of engaging educational materials, the fully remote Healthcare Trainer will design and deliver effective training programs, collaborate with healthcare domain experts, and create instructional content aligned with learning objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative storyboards, courses, and instructional materials, including assessments and quizzes
• Collaborate with graphic designers and content owners to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications
• Review and finalize content based on feedback from healthcare domain experts and ensure consistency across learning materials

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as a Content Writer and Instructional Designer
• Any graduate degree or diploma
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles
• Experience with learning management systems and virtual classroom software
• Proven ability to write effective instructional text and design engaging educational content
