Healthcare Trainer

Job Summary

To design and deliver effective training programs, the fully remote Trainer will create engaging instructional materials, collaborate with healthcare domain experts, and ensure the quality of learning content while managing eLearning partners and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative storyboards, courses, and instructional materials, including assessments and quizzes
• Collaborate with healthcare domain experts and graphic designers to finalize content and ensure quality standards
• Conduct skill needs analysis and design learning courses and programs, gaining approvals from stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Any Graduate or Diploma
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Content Writer and Instructional Designer
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and learning management systems
• Excellent written communication skills for creating instructional text and design documents
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working effectively with content owners and teams
