Healthcare Trainer

Job Summary

To support the development of engaging training programs, the fully remote Trainer will design and deliver instructional content, ensuring alignment with learning objectives while collaborating with healthcare experts and content creators.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative storyboards, courses, and instructional materials, including assessments and quizzes
• Collaborate with healthcare domain experts and graphic designers to ensure quality and consistency in training content
• Conduct skill needs analysis and manage the design of learning courses and programs within the healthcare domain

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Content Writer and Instructional Designer
• Any Graduate or Diploma
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and experience with learning management systems
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create effective instructional materials
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
