Healthcare Trainer

Job Summary

To design and deliver effective training programs, the fully remote Trainer will create engaging instructional materials, collaborate with healthcare experts, and ensure quality content aligned with learning objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative storyboards, courses, and instructional materials, including assessments and quizzes
• Collaborate with healthcare domain experts and graphic designers to finalize content and ensure quality standards
• Conduct skill needs analysis and design learning solutions, gaining stakeholder approvals as necessary

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Content Writer and Instructional Designer
• Any graduate degree or diploma
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and learning management systems
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create effective instructional text and materials
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams
