Healthcare Trainer

Job Summary

To support the development of engaging educational materials, the fully remote Trainer will design and deliver training programs, collaborate with healthcare experts, and ensure content quality while leveraging instructional design best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative storyboards, courses, and instructional materials, including assessments and quizzes
• Collaborate with healthcare domain experts and graphic designers to finalize content and ensure adherence to design specifications
• Conduct skill needs analysis and manage the creation of learning solutions, ensuring quality and consistency in all materials

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Content Writer and Instructional Designer
• Any Graduate or Diploma in a relevant field
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and experience with learning management systems
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create effective instructional text and materials
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders and teams
