Healthcare Trainer

Job Summary

To enhance training effectiveness, the fully remote Trainer will design and deliver engaging educational programs, develop instructional materials, and collaborate with healthcare experts to ensure content quality and alignment with learning objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative storyboards, courses, and instructional materials, including assessments and quizzes
• Collaborate with healthcare domain experts and graphic designers to finalize content and ensure quality
• Conduct skill needs analysis and design learning solutions while managing eLearning partners and vendors

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as a Content Writer and Instructional Designer
• Any graduate degree or diploma
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and experience with learning management systems
• Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to create effective instructional text
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
