Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Healthcare Training Coordinator will manage the full training cycle for employees, including assessing needs, planning, developing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating training programs.

Key responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and follow up on training schedules, records, and reports
  • Collaborate with trainers to schedule new employees for required training and track their progress
  • Prepare and communicate training status summaries, including weekly and monthly progress reports
Required qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator, or similar role
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Advanced ability to effectively organize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
