Healthcare Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Manager for a Healthcare Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the training department and oversee the delivery of training projects and strategic initiatives
• Lead the Training Office department, providing direction to junior management and personnel
• Design learning strategies and collaborate with departmental heads to identify training needs and develop program requirements

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in a training environment, with at least two years in healthcare-related accounts
• BA/BS in Education, Business, or Communications
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms
• Experience with budgeting and P&L management
