Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Development Training & Quality Assurance Specialist in a healthcare call center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate training sessions for new hires and ongoing support for various communication channels
  • Provide structured coaching to improve agent performance and document progress
  • Manage training requests and track performance issues to recommend interventions
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in training, coaching, or performance development in a contact center
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with Zendesk or similar systems
  • Ability to analyze performance data and apply insights to training plans
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA and basic healthcare terminology
